Below are the details of all the administration forms that are included in the stationery to be included for all fully managed and part support managed properties.

Tenant application form: (To ensure all tenants details are recorded for referencing and checking)

Utility information sheet: (to ensure all elec/water/gas/ meters are read and councils informed)

Key Itinary sheet:  ( To record the details of keys handed over to ingoing tenant)

Commercial lease agreement:  (9 page lease showing contractual agreements between landlord and tenant)

Bank status enquiry form: ( a request letter to ingoing tenants banks of there banking status)

Ingoing Schedule of condition form:  ( A form to record the condition of the property for the ingoing tenants,this can be supported by a photographic list,this will help to ensure the property is returned in a similar condition)

Direct debit form for rent payments: ( A form to give the tenant details of where monthly or quarterly rental payments are to be made)

Vacating property letter: (A letter to be sent to outgoing tenants prior to the end of tenancy period to ensure the property is handed back in good condition in accordance with contract)
